A spicy but not hot rich and creamy curry. The addition of Almonds make it interesting.

A chili and vinegar based very hot curry with complex flavors.


BUTTER CHICKEN

Indian dish of chicken with ingredients like onion, butter and tomato sauce cooked together for a mild tasty curry.


LAMB or CHICKEN JALFREZI

A fairly spicy curry with juicy chicken in a spicy tomato sauce with stir fried peppers and onions.
